FREE THINKER’S DAY AT SATLUJ
Students of Middle Wing came together with their thought provoking ideas to mark the celebrations on Free Thinker’s Day. The Day is celebrated to commemorate the birth day of renowned thinker Thomas Paine. Social Studies Department nurtured the budding thinker’s of tomorrow to express their feelings on day-to-day events. Dean Mr. Reekrit Serai motivated the students to embrace free thinkers day by challenging arbitrary authority, questioning the status quo and construct logical and reasonable arguments against engrained behaviour.

Satluj Director-Principal Krit Serai signs Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the North India’s top Chandigarh University Vice Chancellor. XII students will be given preference and scholarships in admissions. Teachers can join professional courses on priority. Visits and Research Facilities can be used any time and much more. Panchkula largest school Satluj now is a member of the region’s largest University.

REPUBLIC DAY SPECIAL ASSEMBLY AT SATLUJ
Republic Day Special Assembly was held in Satluj Public School, Sector 4, Panchkula. Celebrations began with unfurling of flag by Mr. Krit Serai, Director-Principal of the School followed by National Anthem, patriotic dances and songs. Painting Competition, Quiz and Essay Writing Competitions were held. The celebrations began with a special assembly during which various cultural items were presented by the students. Students were awarded with certificates. Students dressed in best tricolor dress were awarded as well. Three Satlujians received Republic Day District Prize in Sports field Nehal Pajni and Kawalpreet Singh (XII) and Umang Singla (VIII) for National Sports achievements representing Haryana State from His Excellency Governor Haryana. The School Girls Parade Contingent also performed at the State Level Republic Day Function.
